My aspiration has always been to stay true to my Jamaican roots, through the legacy of what my mother shared with me in the kitchen back in the day. In memory to her, I can proudly present to you my menu of both the traditional, and my take on it. Over the last 10 yrs of catering I've experienced many different audiences from far and wide, and am proud to say that " they get it". I now reach out to all lovers of authentic Jamaican food to come and share with me my creations, both in the comfort of your own home, or at a special event of your choosing.
